REQUSIITOS PARA OPTAR UNA BECA DE ESTUDIOS

 

Para  obtener derecho a una beca en la Escuela Normal Regional del Occidente, se contemplan  los siguientes requisitos:

 

1.Deseo de formarse como maestro o maestra de Educación Primaria o Educación Infantil (Bilingüe Intercultural) para trabajar en las áreas rurales de la región.

 

2. Proceder de un lugar donde se habla el idioma K´iche´ o uno de los idiomas mayas afines o con familiaridad con el K´iche´,  ser bilingüe: Idioma Maya y Español.

 

3. Que gocen de buena salud y sin problema físicos que impiden su desplazamiento, ni que le impida ejercer la profesión en el futuro.

 

4. Haberse graduado de sexto primario, o tercero básico, y estar comprendidos entre las edades de 13 a 18 años.  

 

5. Tener un buen rendimiento académico.

 

6. Deseos de convivir con diferentes culturas e internas en el establecimiento.

 

7. Sujetarse y ganar la prueba de selección previas. Se realiza el mes de noviembre de cada año.  

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS  

 

To qualify for a scholarship to the Normal School for the EasternRegion, the following requirements must be met:

 

1. Desire to become a teacher and work in the rual areas of the region.

 

2. Have been born and raised in the respective region, in this case the eastern part of Guatemala, and be bilingual in that the student speak Spanish, the national language, and the indigenous language of the students place of origin.

 

3. Enjoy good health with no physical challenges

 

4. Have graduated 6^th grade and be between the ages of 13 and 18.

 

5. Take the entry exams.
