Durante este tiempo hemos comprendido que el ministerio
de la iglesia va mas halla de las predicaciones y de las cuatro paredes
de un templo por tal razón se tiene varios proyectos encaminados a
satisfacer la necesidad de la gente mas necesitada de la población y
poder demostrarles el amor de Jesús con obras de beneficio y desarrollo.

Esta iglesia esta ubicada en el municipio de San Andrés
Semetabaj, a 8 kilómetros de uno lo lagos bellos del mundo que es
Atitlan. El idioma predominante es el Kaqchikel y Kiche y otro
porcentaje es el castellano, el clima es templado y un ambiente social
sano y tranquilo, optimo para quienes quieren descansar y relajarse del
estrés, pues quienes han tenido la oportunidad de estar aquí se han
llevado una grata y hermosa experiencia.

Durante el tiempo en que hemos trabajado con los mas
necesitados e tenido la ocasión de conocer y compartir con hermanos de
otros paises como con los Aimaras
de Bolivia, Quechuas
de Ecuador y Peru,
Moravos
de Nicaragua
y Afroamericanos y en los últimos años se me nombro a
Coordinar en forma Adhonorem
la pastoral Indígena de Mezo América.

Ya que existen pueblos y etnias que necesitan de
acompañamiento y estimulo de seguir trabajando en sus propias
comunidades, en este trabajo e aprendido que en el amor de Cristo no
existe barrera, raza y color, y que el reino de Dios necesita cada día
de hombres y mujeres comprometidos de llevar el mensaje de redención no
solo del alma sino también
 de la parte material.

Animo a todos a seguir trabajando en el marco del amor,
de la justicia, comprensión y tolerancia que Jesús nos enseña.

- I am
Flavio.

- During
this time, we have understood that the ministry of the church will draw
on the sermons, and on the four walls of the temple, as we are in the
process of realizing various projects in order to meet the needs of the
people, and to show them the love of Jesus with works of benefaction and
development.

- The
church is located in the town of San Andrés Semetabaj, 8kms distance
from one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, Lake Atitlan. The
predominant languages spoken are Kaqchikel y K´iche,
and another percentage speak Spanish. The weather is temperate and the
social climate is healthy and tranquil, perfect for those who would like
to relax from stress, and those who have had the opportunity to be here
have had a beautiful experience.

 During the time we’ve
worked with serving the community’s needs we have had the occasion to
know and share with brothers from other countries, such as the Aimaras
from Bolivia,
Quechuas from Ecuador and Peru, Moravos from Nicaragua and
AfricanAmericans; and in the last years I was appointed to work in the
volunteer position of Coordinator of Meso-American Indigenous Pastors.
- There are
many towns and peoples who need accompaniment and stimulus to keep
working in their communities. In this work we have learned that in the
love of Christ there are no barriers, races or colors, and that God’s
reign requires each day that committed men and women take the message of
redemption not just of the soul, but also of that which is material.

understanding and tolerance that Jesus teaches.
